Creative Catering focuses on providing customized catering services tailored to meet the needs of each individual customer. The company services the local business community by hosting or delivering catered meals for meetings and corporate events. Private function customers also benefit from the same attention to detail with creative individually tailored menus for their parties.

Back story

The proprietor Frank Edgar, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Mr. Edgar has 14 years of experience in the food service industry and 12 years of managerial experience in food service establishments.

Frank Edgar formerly worked for HD Cafeterias which was a family owned and operated business. At one time there were 11 units in the state of Florida with the home store located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The HD Cafeteria in the Northeast Shopping Center was in operation for forty-seven years. It was closed in March of 1996 after Publix bought the remaining 10 years of HD’s lease. Anticipating the closing of the cafeteria, Frank Edgar opened Creative Catering Company and Café Ten-O-One at 1001 First Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Both Creative Catering and Café Ten-O-One are fully licensed, insured, and deliver bountiful meals at a moderate price.
